Performance:
The video clarity is good both day and night. The screen brightness is just okay, but its exactly what I expected and it does the job well. Adapting to viewing a screen instead of through a mirror took a bit of adjustment, but now it feels natural. The parking mode is a great safety feature. The only hiccup is the GPS, which gets spotty under my camper overhang, but that is more about my vehicles configuration than a fault with the product.

Great product and customer service
Installed this on a 2024 Sprinter because this vehicle has a big mirror shroud which would block integrated dash cam/mirror (ie wolfbox). Took much time to install because I needed different bracket #216 and also hardwire mini fuse type was ATM size (I had ATO) so I had to buy a fuse tap adapter and extend the wiring further. Tech support was great providing guidance and assistance.
Tried a different rearview mirror before this one and it was terrible at night, cars headlights were blinding to the point you couldnt see anything at all and also the brightness wasnt enough during the day in sunlight. Returned it and finally decided to spend the money on this one after reading reviews and Im so glad I did. Rear cam is super clear at night (headlight brightness isnt an issue, the camera adjusts to light perfectly l), UI is quick and snappy, front camera is also high resolution. The cleanliness of the OEM look is also a okus! Very happy with this unit so far.although I havent tested it in sunlight but it seems the screen will be bright enough. Will report back here if it isnt
Dashcam mirror works great, installation took a little time because I wanted the wiring to look really clean but it's easy enough to do it yourself. After purchasing the seller contacted me just to make sure everything was good and working properly. Good after sale support!
The functionality of the camera is good, and appearance wise it looks like it could have come stock with the car.
The main reason this camera is used by me is I can see behind me while driving even when the rear window is blocked because the back of the car is full with stuff. Great value for what you get, even if the camera system costs a little more than others.
