Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Before you return the product, you need to get our approval or contact with us first, thus we can help you do a trouble shooting, then you may not have to return it.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions about how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without application will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception, contact us immediately if the item is not brand new, if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for solution.

 

Exchanges
You can apply for a product exchange if you receive a defective or wrong item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

WARRANTY


This Stream Media Mirror Dash Camera is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship from 1 year from the date of purchase . Within this period , we will repair or replace any part which is not deemed to be as a result of misuse or damage caused.


The warranty does not apply to cosmetic or chemical damage.


At our discretion , we will either repair or replace any cameras that are deemed to be ellgible under the terms of this warranty.


Any damage or fault caused by accident , misuse , unauthorised repair, interference or similar situation is not covered by this warranty.

 

lf you have a product that requires services under warranty , then please contact us with picture or video proof.
