The screen is bright, clear, and the anti-glare coating works great even in daylight. All the parts feel solid and well built, and the mounts have a clean, factory-installed look. Installation was straightforward, and with the wires tucked into the headliner, the setup looks very professional.
The software offers plenty of useful options, including screen brightness, sound volume, and camera view adjustments (flipped or mirrored). Parking mode is especially handy—it records both time-lapse and full video if the mirror detects movement. Built-in GPS is a great feature, though it doesn’t have Bluetooth.
I've been a loyal Pormido customer for over four years, and I'm consistently impressed with their dash cams. This is the best product that I have in my car as a Uber driver, perfect fit, clear and nice view, very fast respond and surveillance 24/7. This is an easy five stars. The screen is bright and easy to see, even in daylight. I have the rear camera mounted inside, and even with tinted windows the view is as bright as I could want. All the parts are well built and solid. The mounts are well designed. The installation was straightforward and it looks clean with the wires tucked into the headliner.
The software has options for screen brightness and sound volume, camera view settings, like flipped or mirrored. There's a parking mode which will record a time lapse video and full video if the mirror senses movement. There's built in GPS, but not bluetooth. I keep a small usb-c microsd card reader in the glove box, this makes it easy to pull the videos off the card to my phone.
Mirror dashcams like this aren't cheap, but I think this one is well worth it.
